After dissection, cold parts of the meat production are packed into briquettes, vacuumized, frozen up to –32°C and are conserved in the frost of –18°C; owing to this we WARRANT that the meat you bought from us will conserve its taste quality during the entire validation term (6 month from the date of killing the animal).
